Project Overview

Bampak were engaged to design and construct a hanging falsework system to build supports for a precast concrete promenade at Riverside Southbank. The design incorporated 12m Universal Beams spanning up to 12m to support the suspended working deck. The construction was built over a tidal Brisbane River in a tight working area. Bampak also performed lifting and placing of the precast panels as well as the promenade slab.
