Bampak have recently completed works on the Buderim Resource Recovery Centre bio retention basin. The project included 400 thick foundation slabs as well as 400 thick, 4m high walls, shotcrete batters and various access and drainage works. With increased resource allocation the project was completed within the tight timeframe and just before the early summer storms.
After the demolition of the previous Surf Club at Sunshine Beach Bampak were awarded the concrete works to rebuild. The package is a 2-storey building placing concrete for footings, columns, ground & suspended slabs and retaining walls with detailed excavation included.
Bampak will complete structural works to the new Clubhouse on a major upgrade to the Sunshine Coast Tennis Centre – Caloundra. The works included a sacrificial suspended concrete deck for the clubhouse, which was poured using a white concrete and multi-coloured aggregate. Other works included access stairs, ramps and the integrated spectator tiered seating positioned to take full advantage of the show court.
Bampak have recently completed the FRP package for a 3-storey building at Brightwater State School. The package includes construction of pad footings, retaining walls, raft slab, 2 suspended decks, architectural columns, in-situ walls, concrete stairs and balustrade. Works are due to commence in February.
Bampak together with Ausmar Commercial have delivered a 24-Apartment complex in Noosa Heads. The main building complex has over 3000m2 of floor area across the 2-storeys of which Bampak delivered the detailed excavation, reinforcement fixing, formwork construction and concrete placement.
